Client: Chewy (Mock Client)
Role: Marketing Data Analyst; Performance Reporter
Collaborators: Kristin Dallas, Harvey Yan, Habiba Chowdhury, Veronica Marin

Overview
For our first digital marketing collaborative project, we were tasked with creating a performance report and presentation based on marketing data analysis. Our mock client, Chewy, provided Q1 and Q2 2024 marketing data for review. The goal was to analyze and present key insights to Jenna, a new team member at Chewy, to help her understand the account’s performance across SEM and Paid Social channels. The deliverables included a detailed Excel performance report and a presentation highlighting overall trends, channel efficiency, and campaign-level recommendations.

The Challenge
Working in a group of four, each team member was responsible for leading a portion of the data analysis and final deliverables. My role was Performance Reporter, where I developed the overall structure of the performance report and determined which graphs and charts best represented the client’s requested metrics. For my analysis, I focused on the SEM Conquest data, extracting key insights and identifying trends to inform recommendations for campaign optimization.
The Solution
My team and I developed a comprehensive performance report and presentation highlighting key insights from Chewy’s Q1 and Q2 marketing performance. We conducted in-depth data analysis, verified data accuracy, and transformed our findings into a clear, easy-to-follow report and slide deck. The final presentation showcased channel trends, campaign performance, and actionable recommendations, which we presented to our COOP cohort for feedback and practice.
